Service Description

Bring your little ones to the enchanting Townsend Wood to stay and play for 'It's a Bug's Life' and you will both discover all that nature has to offer. This session will give your Little Wild Hearts the opportunity to make those all-important, early connections with nature. Amidst the many benefits of being outside from an early age, they will develop their senses within an immersive environment, work on their balance, co-ordination, communication and confidence. Activities included: - bug hunts - create your own caterpillar - mud painting - story corner - hammocks - giant spider web - campfire snack - stories and songs - and much more! These sessions are delivered following the principles of Forest School. This means the activities are set out as free play so the children can follow their own interests! We will come together in the middle of the session for songs/ stories and a campfire snack. This means if you're a little late to arrive or you need to leave early then you can- we know that little ones have their own schedules! Price per child, must be accompanied by 1 adult (please get in contact if additional adults would like to attend). £12 per child and sibling at £8. Once you have reserved a space by clicking 'book now' I will contact you with details to make the payment, payable within 48 hours to keep the booking. Refreshments are available for the accompanying adult, please bring a reusable coffee cup with a lid!
